Runners and triathletes who join us are training for a broad variety of events–everything from 5k races to Ironman races and beyond. Running is a great sport to stay fit, yet it can be one of the toughest on the body.  We focus on quality over quantity and incorporate a variety of drills and stretches to make sure that you are properly warmed up and cooled down.  Our run program challenges and supports athletes through endurance and interval training and is tailored to fit the needs of different groups and athletes in each class.  Our small group run practices are built to lead, guide, and motivate runners to a personal best in their run training and racing.  

Run practices take place from May through August and are held twice a week.  Tuesday evening practices meet at SBR or another predetermined location, and we will coach you as you work on tempo sets, hill repeats, endurance sets, and more.  Thursday evening practices are held at Badger Ridge Middle School in Verona on their track and provide athletes with specific speed work sets based on their fitness level and training distances.  Both days provide great opportunities to run with others in an encouraging, supportive environment.

2024 RATES:

1 day/week rates:

  • Full session $320

  • Monthly $95

2+ days/week rates:

  • Full session $490

  • Monthly $145

SMALL GROUP CLASSES:

  • Tu/Th 5:45-7:00 P.M.

SUMMER UNLIMITED PRACTICES:
For athletes who wish to participate in all three disciplines (open water swimming, indoor/outdoor cycling, and running), we offer unlimited weekly access to all of our practices.
